Tis' the Season

December 3, 2015

I hope the puffiness following your Thanksgiving Feast has begun to wear off as we enter December and the time of giving.  The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can become exhausting and stressful.  The good news to help relieve much of this stress is the annual holiday parties.  There is no doubt that libations will be had by most while catching up with new and old friends.  When discussing life and all that comes with it, keep your ears open for any words related to “mortgage” or “real estate”.

This holiday season I ask that you keep me in mind when these words come up.  I can help your friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors help buy a new home or refinance.

My focus on personal service and constant communication keep you in the loop throughout the transaction.  Just see what past clients have said….

“Zach was very transparent through this whole process, making himself available to answer questions whenever we had them. He took the time to explain the everything and make sure that we were knowledgeable about all aspects. We felt very comfortable working with him and felt that we could put our complete trust in him with such an important purchase. He provided us with daily updates, guidance, and made this an exceptional experience for us, from beginning to end. We are so thankful to have worked with Zach on our mortgage and the purchase of our new home!” –Whitney, Closed Purchase Loan, November 2015

“I recently refinanced my home through Zach and things could not possibly have gone any smoother or been any easier. He walked me through the process and was always responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend working with him, regardless of the loan needed. He's courteous, professional, personable and always on top of things”-Bill, Closed Refinance Loan, September 2015

This holiday season, I only ask you to keep me in mind during your small talk with those new and old friends. And have a few drinks for me….
