I believe.... that the average consumer is under educated with regard to purchasing and financing a home. Our educational system has failed our youth in understanding and applying principals of personal finance and common financial systems that they will use as an adult. I believe that people are so overwhelmed by the home buying process that they operate from a place of fear which can paralyze their decision making skills. I believe that my sole purpose in life is to guide and coach people. Right now, it’s about guiding and coaching people through the mortgage process when purchasing a home. I believe that my skills and experiences as a teacher and a coach have put me in a position to better guide and coach the home buyers of today and tomorrow. I work hard to educate consumers and my clients on the steps required for mortgage approval from the beginning to the end and what to expect at every place in between. The level of service and education that consumers are currently getting in the market is unacceptable. I believe that given the opportunity to help, I can transform someone’s preconceived notions of what the mortgage and home buying process can be like by properly educating them and over communicating throughout the relationship.
This is what I believe….
