Flying into the Future with State Bank

October 6, 2016

State Bank will now be able to have you sign documents and disclosures electronically through our new origination systems.  No need to print, sign, scan and return the documents…who does that still? What is this 2004? You can even upload all of your income and asset documents directly to your personalized web center which allows you access to your file while it’s being processed and underwritten.

This isn’t a magic pill to make your loan close at supersonic speed but it does provide consumers with convenience and peace of mind knowing they have provided all the necessary paperwork in an efficient and timely manner.  The future is now; why not process a mortgage that way? We can turn lights on with the clap of our hands or lock our homes with our phones, so our mortgages shouldn’t be processed or sent to you on a horse and buggy.  The pony express doesn’t pass through Dublin, but the future of mortgage origination does.

If you’re interested in finding out how this new system works, please call, text, email, or connect on social media for your first hand trial.  We can help with new purchases, refinances, construction, rehabs, jumbo loans, and much more.
