Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

December 22, 2016

As we approach the Christmas and the end of 2016, I am reminded to be thankful for all this year has brought me.  It has been a record year for my mortgage practice with a personal best in volume.  I can only attribute this to my referral partners who put their trust in me with their home buying clients.  The success of 2016 is also supported by the efficiency of the processing staff I work with.  Their dedication to closing purchase transactions on time is second to none.  Surround yourself with good people and good things will happen” certainly describes our team here at State Bank.

My goals for 2017 include increased production and growth of my business through the furthered development of new and previous relationships.  In 2016 I started a podcast called No Talent Needed based on the idea that no talent is needed to be successful in life.  I plan to continue to grow this medium as a fun platform to connect with new people and provide value to the masses.

There is a lot to be thankful for and even more to be excited about in the future.

Enjoy your holiday season!

Happy New Year!
